These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the internet services provided by LSTEL Internet Services Private Limited ("LSTEL", "we", "us", "our"), a company registered under CIN U43212OD2025PTC047816, having its registered office at Ward No-06, Punjabi Pada, Barbil, Kendujhar, Odisha 758035, India. By subscribing to or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
LSTEL provides fibre-optic (FTTH) broadband internet connectivity to residential and commercial customers within our service area. Service availability, speeds and features depend on the plan subscribed to and the location of installation, and are subject to change with prior notice.
You agree to provide accurate information at the time of registration, use the service for lawful purposes only, and not resell, share or misuse the connection in violation of applicable laws or your subscribed plan. You are responsible for the security of any equipment installed at your premises.
Subscription charges are payable in advance as per the billing cycle applicable to your plan. Non-payment of dues may result in temporary suspension or termination of services. Any applicable taxes will be charged as per prevailing government rates.
While we strive to provide uninterrupted service, LSTEL does not guarantee that the service will be free from interruptions caused by technical faults, maintenance, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
LSTEL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Either party may terminate the service agreement as per the notice period and terms specified in the applicable subscription plan. LSTEL reserves the right to suspend or terminate services in case of a breach of these Terms and Conditions.
LSTEL may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
